Delivery

Wherever possible we will attempt to package and post out your Select Shirt the day after you place your order with us.

We are partnered with Royal Mail for all of our UK deliveries. 

We offer 3 tiers of delivery, all 3 of which are fully trackable services. They are as follows:

• Standard - (£4.00) Expected within 3-4 working days.
• Premium - (£6.50) Expected within 2 working days.
• Premium Plus - (£9.50) Guaranteed next working day, if ordered before 3PM UK time (Mon-Fri).

For all non UK deliveries we would expect your order to arrive within 7-14 days.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return your shirt, please contact enquiries@surpriseshirts.co.uk with your name and order number. We can arrange an exchange of your shirt wherever possible, or issue a refund. We will respond to your query within 48 working hours.
